  • Sales invoices

    Every Shopify order becomes a sales invoice with its own lines, on the category you pick and with the order number as description.

  • Contacts

    Every customer becomes a contact in Bunni, and someone who orders again stays one contact: Schakel recognises the customer by their email address.

  • VAT per line

    Per line the Bunni rate that fits the sale: standard, reduced, no VAT or outside the EU, and under OSS the foreign VAT kept apart.

  • Credit notes

    A cancellation or refund after the invoice becomes a credit note for exactly what went back.

    Connect Shopify and Bunni

    You create a Schakel account, connect your Shopify store and paste a Bunni API key with the link to your administration.

    Choose category and VAT

    You choose your invoice design, your revenue category and which Bunni rate fits which VAT situation, once. Schakel proposes what fits.

  3. 03

    Invoices run automatically

    New orders, cancellations and refunds reach Bunni by themselves, ready for your VAT return.

Can I connect Shopify to Bunni?

Yes, and you set it up yourself. You create a Schakel account, connect your Shopify store and your Bunni administration and pick your category and VAT rates. From then on every order becomes a sales invoice in Bunni.

Can I connect Bol.com to Bunni?

Not on your own yet. Request the connector on this page and we will let you know when it is ready.

What do I need to start?

A Bunni administration and the sales channel you want to connect. You create the API key in Bunni itself under API in the main menu; the guide says which boxes it needs ticked.
