The Feedback Company collects customer ratings you can show on your site and in Google, but that only works if reviews are asked for structurally. Schakel passes every customer from your webshop to The Feedback Company, so an invite goes out automatically after the order, at the moment you choose and without the same customer being approached twice. Bol.com buyers are left out: Bol.com forbids asking them for a seller review. For them the Bol.com automation asks for an honest review on bol.com itself, in the invoice mail.

Can I ask for a review after a Bol.com order?
No. Bol.com forbids asking its buyers for a seller or partner review, and a breach costs policy points on every account under your company or VAT number. For Bol.com buyers the Bol.com automation asks for an honest review on bol.com in the invoice mail, which is allowed.
Can I collect reviews from several webshops?
Yes. All your webshops feed the same review flow at The Feedback Company, with one invite per order. Bol.com is not one of them: Bol.com forbids asking its buyers for a seller review.
