Can I send a confirmation mail on a Bol.com order?

Yes, as far as Bol.com shares an email address. The order triggers your SendGrid template with the order data already filled in.

Does SendGrid do newsletters too?

SendGrid is strongest at transactional mail. For marketing, buyers can be added as contacts, but for elaborate campaigns a tool like Mailchimp or Brevo fits better.

What do I need to start?

A SendGrid account with an API key, a verified sender domain and your template. Request the connector and get access.
