PrestaShop is open source, so you host your webshop yourself and your data sits on your own server. Handy, but your bookkeeper and your Bol.com account do not get your orders on their own. Schakel reads your PrestaShop orders through the Webservice API and books them as sales invoices, while your inventory stays in step with Bol.com and your other channels.

    Every PrestaShop order becomes a sales invoice with its own lines, shipping separated and the order reference as identifier.

    Sell a product or combination in PrestaShop and stock drops on Bol.com and your other channels too, matched on EAN or reference.

  • Customers and VAT

    The customer is matched or created as a contact by email, and the VAT rate is set per line, including EU sales under OSS.

    A refund or return becomes a credit note for the amount actually refunded.

How it works

  1. 01

    Enable the Webservice

    In PrestaShop under Advanced Parameters, Webservice you generate an API key with read rights on orders and products. You paste it into Schakel.

  2. 02

    Choose your destination

    Connect your accounting for invoices and Bol.com for inventory. You set per ledger account and VAT rate where everything lands.

  3. 03

    It runs on its own

    New orders are booked and stock pushed through, no matter which PrestaShop version or modules you run.
