Keep Amazon and Yuki updated automatically.

Amazon is rarely one marketplace: you sell through Amazon.nl, .de, .fr and more, often with FBA, and Amazon settles every two weeks with a report that mixes your revenue, referral fees and FBA costs together. Yuki runs on automatic processing and your accountant wants clean, structured data. Schakel reads your Amazon settlements and turns them into tidy sales invoices that Yuki picks up automatically, with the FBA and selling fees apart and VAT per country, so you and your accountant only review.

What travels across the link

Everything this connector moves between Amazon and Yuki, and how often.

  1. Settlement split into sales invoices

The Amazon settlement report is pulled apart into separate sales invoices per order, with line items and the order number as reference, delivered in the shape Yuki recognises and books itself. No more raw reports for your bookkeeper.

  2. FBA and selling fees clearly apart

Referral fees, FBA fulfilment costs, storage and advertising arrive as their own items, not folded into revenue. Yuki books them to the right ledger account, so your accountant sees your margin per marketplace at a glance.

  3. VAT per country and OSS

Sales through .nl, .de or .fr get the destination country VAT rate per line, ready for your OSS return in Yuki. If FBA moves stock between countries, we keep those flows apart so your return is right.

  4. Returns as credit notes

An Amazon return or refund becomes a credit note for the amount actually refunded. Yuki processes it just as automatically as the sale, so your receivables stay correct without manual work.

In four steps

Setting it up

  1. 01

    Connect Amazon Seller Central

You grant Schakel access to your orders and settlement reports through Seller Central for the marketplaces you sell on. Your listings and FBA setup stay unchanged.

  2. 02

    Give Schakel access to Yuki

You give Schakel an access key for the Yuki administration the invoices should land in. Your password is never asked for or stored, and your accountant keeps working in Yuki as usual.

  3. 03

Tune VAT per country and fees

You set the VAT rate per marketplace and how FBA and selling fees are delivered, so it matches how your accountant wants to see it in Yuki. After that the automatic processing does the rest.

  4. 04

    Check and let it run

You see the first bookings back in Yuki before you rely on it. Once it looks right, new settlements and returns flow in by themselves and everything shows up in the Schakel log.

Common questions

Is the Amazon to Yuki connector available?

Request this connector and get access. You let us know you want to link Amazon to Yuki, and we make sure you can get started. You hear from us within 24 hours.

Does this split out the Amazon settlement report?

Yes, that is the core. Schakel pulls the settlement apart into sales invoices, FBA and selling fees and VAT per country, so Yuki books it automatically instead of someone dissecting the report by hand.

Does this work with multiple Amazon marketplaces?

Yes. Sales through Amazon.nl, .de, .fr, .it and .es come in with the right VAT rate per country, so your OSS return in Yuki is right without reposting per marketplace.

Can my accountant keep working in Yuki with this?

Yes. Everything lands in the Yuki administration you grant access to, so your accountant sees the Amazon sales in the familiar place and no longer has to open settlement reports.

Are FBA costs and returns included too?

Yes. FBA fulfilment, storage, referral fees and advertising arrive as their own items, and a return becomes a credit note for the amount actually refunded.

Can you connect Amazon to Yuki?

Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Amazon and Yuki, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.

Which VAT rate do my sales get in Yuki?

The rate is set per line: 21%, 9% or 0%. Sales to Belgium and other EU countries get the rate of the destination country, ready for your OSS return.

Are commission and fees booked separately in Yuki?

Yes. Commission, shipping and other fee types each land on their own ledger account in Yuki, rather than in one lump sum, so your margin stays readable.
