Orderchamp is a B2B marketplace: retailers buy from you as a brand, in larger quantities at trade prices. These are not consumer orders but purchase orders with SKU and EAN, often cross-border with reverse-charge VAT. Schakel reads those orders through the API and books them correctly in your accounting, while your stock stays in step with your other channels.

Every Orderchamp order becomes a business sales invoice with the retailer as contact, line items on SKU or EAN and the trade price per unit. Large quantities on one line stay one line.

Reverse-charge VAT, cross-border
A sale to a foreign retailer with a valid VAT number is booked with reverse charge, not consumer VAT. Domestic orders get the right rate per line.

Returns and credit notes
If an order is partly or fully reversed, a credit note is raised for the amount actually returned, with the same VAT treatment as the original order.
