The payout arrives net, with commission already deducted. Schakel reads your orders, returns and stock through the Kaufland API and puts it where it belongs: in your accounting at the right country rate, and in step with your own webshop per EAN.

What travels with Kaufland

  • Orders into your books

    Every Kaufland order becomes a sales invoice with lines per EAN, the customer as a contact and the order number as reference. Nothing is retyped.

  • VAT per destination country

    Sales to Germany get the German rate, to Czechia or Slovakia the local rate, set per line and ready for your OSS return.

  • Commission booked separately

    Kaufland commission and other costs are booked separately on their own ledger account, so the net payout and your margin add up.

  • Returns and stock

    A return becomes a credit invoice for the amount actually refunded. Stock per EAN can stay in step with your own webshop.
