Connect Lightspeed
You authorise Schakel on your Lightspeed account. Schakel then pulls your till close-outs from Retail and your orders from the eCom webshop, for every location you run.

Grant access to Exact Online
You authorise Schakel through Exact Online and pick the administration the bookings should land in. Your password is never asked for or stored.

Set journal, payment methods and codes
You assign the journal, link each payment method to a ledger account, pick a cost centre per shop or channel and set the VAT codes, so it matches how you book in Exact today.

Check and let it run
You see the first daily bookings in an overview before they are final. Once it looks right, new days and webshop orders flow in by themselves and everything shows up in the log.
