Connect Allegro
Allegro is the largest marketplace in Poland, with sales in zloty, offers per EAN and the Allegro Smart delivery programme that draws customers. For a Dutch seller that means volume in another currency, Polish-language customers and VAT that is sometimes Polish (PL) and sometimes runs through OSS. Schakel reads your orders and returns through the Allegro REST API and books them into your accounting with the right currency and VAT, while your stock stays in step with your other channels.

Every Allegro order becomes a sales invoice in zloty with its own line items, the buyer as a contact and the Allegro order number as reference. Your accounting converts the amount cleanly.

Offers are listed per EAN, so Schakel links each order line straight to your own item, even when you sell the same product elsewhere.

VAT: Polish and OSS
Domestic Polish sales get the PL rate, cross-border sales the destination rate through OSS. Each line is correct without manual work.

A return via Allegro becomes a credit invoice in the same currency for the amount actually refunded.

You authorise Schakel on your Allegro seller account through the REST API. Schakel reads your orders, returns and stock, not your offers or Smart settings.

Connect Moneybird, Exact Online, e-Boekhouden or Acumulus, and optionally Shopify or WooCommerce for the stock.

New orders become sales invoices in PLN with the right VAT, returns become credit notes and your stock stays aligned across channels.
