Can you connect Bol.com to SimplyPrint?
Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Bol.com and SimplyPrint, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.
Does SimplyPrint need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?
SimplyPrint needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.
Can I choose the carrier in SimplyPrint myself?
Yes. Which carrier and shipping method SimplyPrint uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.
Do I still have to log into Bol.com once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Bol.com seller account arrives in SimplyPrint by itself. You only open Bol.com when you want to check something yourself.
What does connecting Bol.com and SimplyPrint cost?
You start free and only pay once the connector is really running. After that the same tiers apply as for any other connector, based on how much runs through it each month.
How often does Bol.com sync with SimplyPrint?
That depends on your tier: hourly on the free tier up to every 5 minutes on the unlimited tier. You can always start a sync yourself as well.
Does the connector also pick up Bol.com returns and cancellations?
Yes. Besides new orders, Schakel also sees returns and cancellations on Bol.com, so SimplyPrint does not lag behind what actually sold.
What if Bol.com or SimplyPrint is briefly unavailable?
Nothing gets lost. Schakel retries later and the log shows exactly what happened, so at most you notice something coming through a little later.
