Does Monta need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?
Monta needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.
Can I choose the carrier in Monta myself?
Yes. Which carrier and shipping method Monta uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.
Do I still have to log into Zalando once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Zalando seller account arrives in Monta by itself. You only open Zalando when you want to check something yourself.
