Which VAT rate do my sales get in Acumulus?
The rate is set per line: 21%, 9% or 0%. Sales to Belgium and other EU countries get the rate of the destination country, ready for your OSS return.
Are commission and fees booked separately in Acumulus?
Yes. Commission, shipping and other fee types each land on their own ledger account in Acumulus, rather than in one lump sum, so your margin stays readable.
Do I still have to log into Otto once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Otto seller account arrives in Acumulus by itself. You only open Otto when you want to check something yourself.
What does connecting Otto and Acumulus cost?
