Can you connect Etsy to Klaviyo?
Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Etsy and Klaviyo, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.
Does Klaviyo need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?
Klaviyo needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.
Can I choose the carrier in Klaviyo myself?
Yes. Which carrier and shipping method Klaviyo uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.
Do I still have to log into Etsy once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Etsy seller account arrives in Klaviyo by itself. You only open Etsy when you want to check something yourself.
What does connecting Etsy and Klaviyo cost?
