Etsy Google Agenda

Keep Etsy and Google Agenda updated automatically.

Today you sign in to the seller account, look at what sold and carry it over by hand. What you already processed you track somewhere else. This connector fixes that, and we build it on request: what happens in Etsy lands in Google Agenda by itself, in the shape Google Agenda expects. Tell us what you need and we agree exactly what should travel.

Both sides

What each side expects

Etsy and Google Agenda do not describe the world the same way. This is what has to line up.

Etsy

A marketplace supplies orders with their own order number and their own lines, plus returns and cancellations that arrive separately.

Google Agenda

A customer contact system wants a sender and a subject, so a message lands with the right customer.

Common questions

Can you connect Etsy to Google Agenda?

Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Etsy and Google Agenda, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.

Is a ticket created automatically in Google Agenda?

Yes. What arrives from Etsy becomes a ticket in Google Agenda for the right customer, so a question does not sit somewhere unanswered.

Does Google Agenda recognise the sender as an existing customer?

The sender is looked up by email in Google Agenda and attached to the existing contact; with no match, a new contact is created.

Do I still have to log into Etsy once the connector runs?

No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Etsy seller account arrives in Google Agenda by itself. You only open Etsy when you want to check something yourself.

What does connecting Etsy and Google Agenda cost?

You start free and only pay once the connector is really running. After that the same tiers apply as for any other connector, based on how much runs through it each month.

How often does Etsy sync with Google Agenda?

That depends on your tier: hourly on the free tier up to real time on the unlimited tier. You can always start a sync yourself as well.

Does the connector also pick up Etsy returns and cancellations?

Yes. Besides new orders, Schakel also sees returns and cancellations on Etsy, so Google Agenda does not lag behind what actually sold.

What if Etsy or Google Agenda is briefly unavailable?

Nothing gets lost. Schakel retries later and the log shows exactly what happened, so at most you notice something coming through a little later.
