Is a ticket created automatically in Trengo?
Yes. What arrives from eBay becomes a ticket in Trengo for the right customer, so a question does not sit somewhere unanswered.
Does Trengo recognise the sender as an existing customer?
The sender is looked up by email in Trengo and attached to the existing contact; with no match, a new contact is created.
Do I still have to log into eBay once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the eBay seller account arrives in Trengo by itself. You only open eBay when you want to check something yourself.
What does connecting eBay and Trengo cost?
You start free and only pay once the connector is really running. After that the same tiers apply as for any other connector, based on how much runs through it each month.
How often does eBay sync with Trengo?
