Can you connect eBay to Klaviyo?
Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of eBay and Klaviyo, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.
Does Klaviyo need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?
Klaviyo needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.
Can I choose the carrier in Klaviyo myself?
Yes. Which carrier and shipping method Klaviyo uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.
Do I still have to log into eBay once the connector runs?
No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the eBay seller account arrives in Klaviyo by itself. You only open eBay when you want to check something yourself.
What does connecting eBay and Klaviyo cost?
