Amazon Picqer

Keep Amazon and Picqer updated automatically.

Today you sign in to Seller Central, pull an order report and retype it. If you sell in several countries you repeat that per marketplace, each with its own VAT and its own shipping deadlines. This connector fixes that, and we build it on request: what happens in Amazon lands in Picqer by itself, in the shape Picqer expects. Tell us what you need and we agree exactly what should travel.

The link

What travels across the link

Everything this connector moves between Amazon and Picqer, and how often.

  1. Inventory

    to Picqer automatically

Stock levels travel along into Picqer, so warehouse and sales sit on the same count.

Both sides

What each side expects

Amazon and Picqer do not describe the world the same way. This is what has to line up.

Amazon

Amazon thinks in orders per marketplace, with an ASIN or SKU per line and its own order number. The shipping deadline is hard, and the country sold into decides which VAT rate belongs to which line.

Common questions

Can you connect Amazon to Picqer?

Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Amazon and Picqer, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.

Does Picqer need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?

Picqer needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.

Can I choose the carrier in Picqer myself?

Yes. Which carrier and shipping method Picqer uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.

Do I still have to log into Amazon once the connector runs?

No. Once it runs, everything you now look up in the Amazon seller account arrives in Picqer by itself. You only open Amazon when you want to check something yourself.

What does connecting Amazon and Picqer cost?

You start free and only pay once the connector is really running. After that the same tiers apply as for any other connector, based on how much runs through it each month.

How often does Amazon sync with Picqer?

That depends on your tier: hourly on the free tier up to real time on the unlimited tier. You can always start a sync yourself as well.

Does the connector also pick up Amazon returns and cancellations?

Yes. Besides new orders, Schakel also sees returns and cancellations on Amazon, so Picqer does not lag behind what actually sold.

What if Amazon or Picqer is briefly unavailable?

Nothing gets lost. Schakel retries later and the log shows exactly what happened, so at most you notice something coming through a little later.
