Common questions

Can you connect Adyen to Klaviyo?

Yes. Schakel connects through the official APIs of Adyen and Klaviyo, so you install nothing on your own server and nothing travels outside those two parties.

Does Klaviyo need a complete address, and what if it is wrong?

Klaviyo needs a full delivery address to make a label. If the country and postcode do not match up, that shipment is held and shows in the log, rather than a wrong label coming out.

Can I choose the carrier in Klaviyo myself?

Yes. Which carrier and shipping method Klaviyo uses you set there; Schakel only hands the shipment over complete.

Does this line up with my Adyen payouts, not just individual payments?

Both. Individual payments and the payout that bundles them come across, so the amount in your bank later matches what you sold.

What does connecting Adyen and Klaviyo cost?
